He was CEO of International Management Consultants, a European-based consortium of management consultants operating in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He was on the
Board of Directors of MLI Industries, Inc., a contract manufacturing firm for IBM, Kodak
and General Electric, and held various positions in MLI including VP of Marketing and Planning, and Administration VP (MIS, Facilities, Security, EHS, and Human Resources).
Dr. Mackenzie has a B.A. in Psychology and a B.Sc.in Geological Engineering (Union College) and holds Masters’ degrees in Industrial Psychology (Tulsa University) and Micropaleontology (University of Wyoming). His Ph.D. course work was completed at New York University in Psychology. He was admitted into the American Psychological Association and licensed in the state of New York. Fred is listed in Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World.
He has served on the faculty of Cornell University’s Advanced Management Program, Oxford University’s Institute for Advanced Managerial Studies and Henley Management College, Oxfordshire, U.K. He was appointed to the Advisory Board, Graduate Program in Organizational Psychology and as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University. He has been a member of the American Sociological Association, the American Society of Applied Anthropology and a fellow of the American Anthropological Association.
